You keep all your data. If you're at Free plan limits (5 members or 3 invoices/month), you won't be able to add more members or create new invoices until you upgrade or trim down. Nothing gets deleted.
What's the difference between members and viewers?+−
Members can create and modify tasks, send chat messages, track time, and create invoices. Viewers can see everything but can't make changes.
What counts as an AI action?+−
Actions you actively trigger — like asking the AI assistant a question, generating a board summary, or extracting action items from chat. Background features like dashboard insights don't count against your limit.
Can I change plans anytime?+−
Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing period. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
