Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website. We use this data to improve performance and content. Where the law requires your consent (for example in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, South Korea and Quebec), analytics cookies are only set after you accept. In other locations, analytics cookies are set by default and you can opt out as described in Section 3.

The cookie banner applies to this website (proman365.com). Inside the Proman app (app.proman365.com), including the sign-in and registration pages, we use Google Analytics for Firebase as part of operating and improving the service, without a banner. We do not use it for advertising. You can turn it off in the app under Settings → Security → Privacy, or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. Advertising & Marketing Cookies
We use advertising pixels to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns on social media platforms. These cookies are only set after you consent.

Error Tracking
We use Sentry to capture and diagnose JavaScript errors in order to improve site reliability. Sentry may set cookies or use local storage to correlate error reports with sessions.

3. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
When you first visit our site, you will see a cookie consent banner. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies at that time. Essential cookies cannot be turned off as they are required for the site to work.
In locations where the law requires your consent, non-essential cookies are only set if you accept. In other locations, analytics cookies are set by default until you select “Decline” in the banner. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser as a request to opt out. You can additionally use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Inside the Proman app, there is no banner. Use the “Usage analytics” switch under Settings → Security → Privacy. The choice is saved to your account, so it applies wherever you sign in. The sign-in and registration pages are reached before we know who you are, so it takes effect once you sign in.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality. Learn how to manage cookies in your browser:
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Sentry). These parties have their own privacy policies and cookie practices. We do not control third-party cookies. You can opt out of Meta advertising cookies at facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies and LinkedIn advertising cookies at linkedin.com/legal/cookie-policy.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
